Believing that to enhance the potential of opportunity for family lay in acquiring higher education, parents put themselves through college… but not in time to secure home and foundation for family of six. Now holding potential to sustain a new lease on life… family seeks help securing solid foundation past credit & situation will otherwise deny them, as time is of the essence to make a difference in the lives of the children.

College degreed parents seek immediate, repayable funding via philanthropist/benefactor to procure a home & stability for family of six otherwise unattainable. Not seeking charity or lottery.

Propose unconventional arrangement to receive lump sum* from philanthropist/sponsor to enable family to procure a home, vehicle & funds to stabilize; to be returned to our benefactor by monthly installments over 15 year term that will include interest of 10% of funding sum. Offer to have Benefactor retain lien on home we purchase and/or to sign promissory note, and will make an additional lump sum repayment of $15,000 at the end of the 15 year term.

* Funding sought is $320,000.

Request confidentiality & to remain anonymous to all but sponsor/benefactor (and/or their legal representative) to avoid exploitation of family & retain dignity. Credit status & situation prohibits attainment by any other avenue. Parents put themselves through college to enhance potential, but too late to acquire home & new lease on life for family via traditional venues. Propose unconventional arrangement above in lieu of terms of traditional funding we cannot acquire, as time is of the essence.
